Instructions

1) Wash your hands thoroughly. Then remove the test cassette (C) from the sealed pouch and place it on a flat, level surface.
2) Remove the round cap from the lancet (A) and prick your fingertip.
3) Collect 3 drops of blood using the included pipette (B). (It is very important that you collect 3 full drops. Too little blood may result in no test reaction.)
Surface tension may form beneath the blood sample, preventing the cassette from absorbing the blood correctly. If this occurs, gently stir the blood with the pipette to break the surface tension.
4) If your blood contains more red blood cells than normal, it may have a thicker consistency. In this case, use the blue vial marked PSA Diluent. This dilutes the blood and helps the test absorb the values required to provide an accurate result. If your blood has a normal consistency, you can skip this step.
5) Add the blood sample to the sample well marked "S" on the test cassette.
6) Read the test result within 10–20 minutes. NOTE! The result is invalid after 20 minutes.
