COVID-19 / Flu A+B / RSV Combo Test (4-in-1) for Home Use

How to perform the test in short

1. Sampling: Gently insert the included sterile swab about 2 cm into one nostril. Rotate the swab 5–10 times against the nasal wall. Repeat the same procedure in the other nostril using the same swab.
2. Preparation: Place the swab in the extraction tube with buffer liquid. Press the swab against the inside and bottom of the tube and rotate for 10–15 seconds. Remove the swab while squeezing the liquid from the tip by pressing the outside of the tube. Attach the dropper tip.
3. Reading: Add 3 drops into the specimen well (S) on the test cassette and read the result after 10–20 minutes. (Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes have passed).

Result interpretation & Important advice

• Positive result: Colored lines appear at the control line (C) and the corresponding test line (T/A/B) depending on which virus or viruses have been detected (COVID-19, Flu A, Flu B, or RSV). Important: In the event of a positive result, you should stay home, avoid contact with others, and consult healthcare if necessary, especially if you belong to a risk group or experience severe symptoms.
• Negative result (Only line at C): No antigens for COVID-19, Flu A, Flu B, or RSV could be detected. If you have persistent or worsening symptoms (e.g., difficulty breathing or high fever), you should still contact a healthcare provider.
• Important limitations: The test is an indicative rapid test. A negative result does not completely rule out an infection as the viral load may be too low at the time of sampling.
